Boracay..!!

So my first trip to Boracay (probably the most famous of the Filipino tourist spots) happened in September and I met my cousin and girlfriend there... It was good to see Buzz here in Boracay as on my last trip to Australia, he and I were only able to see each other the last day I was there..!!

I stayed at "Hey Jude" and this is a shot of their bar which faces the beach...

I will forever be a steel geek....

During "Off Season", the wind clocks 180 and blows the sand into all the bars, resorts, restaurants, etc... September is "Off Season" and as you can see, they build a barricade of sorts to stop the sand....

Adam and Lauren's Wedding

Before I moved to the Philippines, I met brother Bri, Adam, Lauren, Gemma and Ian in Las Vegas... We had a great time and dined at a great restaurant - Boas... So when Adam and Lauren decided to get married, Vegas must have been on the "short list" as was Boas... So this is a little story of Bolo's (Adam was always called by his nephews "Bobo" and with Lauren being called "Lo", Bolo became a natural) wedding in Vegas... It is mostly family pictures, but what a great time we all had, and what a great new family (the Kohlhases) that we (the Coateses and the Kims) got..!!
